Reservations are not required, however, to reserve Bikes and Gear you can come in to see us, call us at 905-633-WTLC (9852) or complete the appropriate form below and send your reservation direct ONLINE, or FAX to 905-633-9880.

Bike and Equipment Policy:
When renting and/or picking up bikes and equipment, you need one piece of Government issued photo ID and a Visa, Mastercard or AMEX card. If no credit card is available, a cash security deposit of $50 per bike is required. Individuals renting are responsible for loss and damages. Helmets are supplied free of charge with each bike rental.
Under 18 Policy:
Individuals must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to rent bikes and equipment. Any adult reserving or renting bike(s) and/or equipment for use by a minor or registering a minor in any cycling program(s) must complete the rental or registration process in person at the store prior to the release of any bike(s) and/or equipment to a minor and/or prior to a minor participating in any cycling program(s).
Late Return Policy for Daily Rentals:
Late return rates on Bikes are calculated at $1 per 1/4 hour, per bike ($4 per hour per bike).
Equipment that is returned late will be invoiced at the rate which reflects actual time rented as per Daily Accessory Rental Rate table.
Late Return Policy on Multi-Day Rentals:
Bikes and Equipment returned late on multi-day rentals will be invoiced at the rate which reflects the appropriate price based on actual time rented as per the Multi Day Bike and Accessory Rental Rate table (on rentals up to 6 days). Late returns on rentals over 6 days will be invoiced as per the Multi Day Rental Rate table for the first 6 days and the additional days will be invoiced at the appropriate 1/2/4/or 6 day rates per the Multi Day Rental Rate table.
